tank champs for top lane with script?

hello, which tank or bruiser champs are good for top lane? only reason why i prefer tank/bruiser is bc they are able to 1v5 better in teamfights and it’s just easier in general. I have been playing fiora recently and she is able to 1v9 but are there other champions like this?

The script doesn't tend to change much for these champions.
