Hello, my rocket league is always laggy. It looks like ping lag (ball rubber-banding), but my ping is constant at 40/50. And sometimes my game straight up freezes my entire Windows, so I have to Sign out and relog. And ideas?

what windows version do you have right now? and what your computer specs if there really any lag try using ping booster or use vpn. if you right now using windows 11 downgrading to windows 10 maybe make better
