3rd Party applications can crash the game and sometimes you have to format the pc Like Krnl synapseX do not use these applications its all virus

Reinstall roblox If not work delete Roblox From appdata-Roaming. if it doesn't work then just download roblox from its own site

if it doesnt work you have to reset your pc fully clean i had an issue with the sensapi.dll not loading and had to reset my pc fully clean
