all you need to restart the PC and then deactivate the antivirus run the cheat open game then press enter
will work for you

download game loop 32 bit version in official website
make sure you can use that window 10 version 1809 1909 1903 20h1 20h2 21h2 21h1
then your issue will reslove
and delete ur faceit and roit vanguard anti cheat in ur control panel

I also felt that the changes were really more graphic... But in a way these graphical changes make the gameplay more natural, so I'm feeling that it's more fun/immersive. It's silly details like the shooting and smoke effects that make me find the game more fluid than it was before.

I Am also using win 11 and playing the game with no problem.
only some time emulator just hangs but just face only 2 time in a year
