if your looking ti buy a pc then you should buy one that can handle most of the games in good graphics quality so i will suggest i5-i7 12-13 gen 16 gb ram ddr5 and screen with 144hz of referesh rate graphics card in rtx 30's range

depends on ur budget. if u have money go for intel (i5 12th/i9) and rtx
if u dont have money go for amd proccesor with gtx.

nope my fps always 200++ in val but if u use intel I5 -i7 gen 12-13 u might get better fps than mine
