Brother in general I recommend playing adc , because the ease of use of the SC is better, Jinx , caitlyn , Kog are good shooters and work well

The problem is not your ally is your mental and your vision of the game. First from what i'm reading about you I'm assuming your are playing under gold. And I'm even sure your bronze. So you have to change your mental, stop looking your teammate look only on yourself.thx for this good anwser

You can hard carry those noob cuz enemy are also noob (if you can't see that enemy is also noob thats mean you are in your deserved rank and stop crying) or you can start to try to think about strategies to 1v9 and to hard carry and perform in most of your game its ok to focus on only 60% winrate to grind. Find something that work 60% of the time and you will have at least 55% winrate and you'll climb.
2nd tips would be to try to change your role. Playing botlane (im assuming you playing botlane most of time cuz in your example you said supp and adc in first.) doesnt have much impact in my opinion in a soloQ since playing bot require you to be able to trust your teammate, but in soloQ that's not a good strategy to have to trust your teammate. You have to find your strategies that doenst involve any other teammate... Me personnally my strategies is to play toplanner and I play ultra aggresive i keep fighting trying to make the enemy jungler focusing my lane. And I know what ever happen I will have a lead on gold on my opponnent or at least I will be even with them ! but as long as I give so much space to all my team by just baiting the enemy jungler again and again and telling my jungler to forget about me thats called the weakside and playing the weakside is the best way for me to perform the most and keep grinding up. I dont care whats my team doing i just give them lot of space and make their life easier but i won't count on them to do anything. Find yours best way to do it.

good piont i will try the 2nd the 1st tip i work on it . I stopped playing since 2018 and came back to play in 2022 and i stop play To our time ,,, I was before this in 2018 plat 2 but what differentiates between past and present The difference is that everyone is playing as if it were a tournament, there is no fun, And add that 80% of the game community has become toxic

Just stick to meta champions like Cassiopeia and AD carry like Aphelios but I suggest going Jinx in low elo. If you're playing on low elo (Bronze - Gold) then I suggest that don't ever trust your team mate at all. Don't take bad teamfights just because all of your team mate did. Avoid playing support because it's hard to carry if you're not using champions like Brand. Learn the game like wave management so you won't die a lot and you won't miss exp/gold. I climbed using this in my smurfs, from Bronze to Master. My last tip is to itemize depending on the opponent, don't just follow the same build every match.
