If you're a beginner in Valorant and looking to improve your gameplay, here are five tips that can help you:
  1. Understand Agent Abilities: Valorant is a game that revolves around the unique abilities of each agent. Take the time to understand the abilities of the agents you play and learn how to use them effectively. Experiment with different agents to find the ones that suit your playstyle and learn their abilities inside out. Knowing when and how to use your abilities can give you a significant advantage in fights.
  2. Master Weapon Control: Valorant emphasizes precise gunplay, so it's crucial to practice your aim and weapon control. Spend time in the shooting range or play custom games to work on your aim and recoil control. Learn the spray patterns of different weapons and practice bursting or tapping to maintain accuracy. Developing good weapon control will greatly enhance your chances of winning gunfights.
  3. Communicate and Coordinate with Your Team: Valorant is a team-based game, so effective communication and coordination with your teammates are vital. Use voice chat or in-game pings to provide information about enemy positions, coordinate strategies, and execute synchronized attacks. Being able to work well with your team can make a significant difference in securing victories.
  4. Map Awareness and Positioning: Understanding the maps in Valorant and having good map awareness can give you an edge over your opponents. Learn the callouts, chokepoints, and common paths on each map. Pay attention to your minimap to gather information about enemy movements and adjust your positioning accordingly. Position yourself advantageously to catch enemies off-guard and minimize your vulnerability.
  5. Economy Management: Valorant features an economy system where you earn and spend in-game currency to buy weapons, shields, and abilities. It's essential to manage your economy effectively. In the early rounds, prioritize saving money to buy better weapons in later rounds. Coordinate with your team to decide when to buy, save, or go for a force buy. Understanding the economy will ensure you have the necessary resources for success.
Remember, improving at Valorant takes time and practice. Focus on learning and refining your skills, and don't get discouraged by losses. Watch professional gameplay or educational videos to gather more knowledge and strategies. Keep a positive mindset, and with dedication, you'll see progress in your gameplay.

You can go in practice and start easy Bots. and only move your aim vertically on head level first, try to hit heads of the bots but move the aim slowly and steady like in a straight line, If you are a complete beginner you can do this until it feels natural to make your aim stays at head level after that you can add variations like stand on a sage wall and now do the same thing. it will improve your head level sense ( where are heads at certain distances ). Hope it helps because 1 head shot is much better than 4 body shots. XD

Crouch is good but in a limited frame like if you peek an angle where you know that an opponent might be holding you can crouch peek it will throw him off and Yes, over use of crouch is very bad like you said, it happened to me so many times when i first started Valorant I would wide peek and would crouch in front of enemies in a open field with no cover lol.
