ive been having a lot of back problems lately from siting at my desk for so long. so my question is, what chair should i buy to hopefully fix this problem?

A chair should have not only good ergonomics, but also a good ventilation of the back. Unfourchenatelly, wooden chairs are often too hard to sit for 5+ hours.
