This is a own system error and asks you to check for dxdiag and install DirectX if you haven't installed it yet:

1. Go to the link provided in the error message:

2. Click on the "Download" button to download the DirectX installer.
3. Once the download is complete, run the installer.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install DirectX.
5. Once DirectX is installed, restart your computer.

After your computer restarts, the system error should be fixed.
