I'm trying to decompile a .dll or .exe file in dnSpy to understand the structure working in the software, but when I open it in dnspy, there are some encryptions that do not allow me to see the structure of the file. just the title, somehow I looked at everything and found anti-decompile cleaner, but it didn't work properly.

Unless you have pdb of the target program, you can't see its code clearly. I suggest you to use IDA if you want to decompile DLL or a EXE
