The only account that gets banned will be your account, his account however can be banned only if he states somewhere that you are scripting, or if he tells someone that you are scripting in game

Possible that your can get banned if he/she knew your scripting and playing duo anyway then the dev will review each game that you are in that game with duo. He/she will be banned for Boosting rank with scripting teammates
