If you get banned on an account for hacking, can you just create a new account or riot bans hwid and you need to spoof? From what I know, you can just create a new account, but I am not 100% sure

no u dont have to spoof, HWID ban in League of Legends are very very rare. a normal player like me and you( even with scripts wont get HWID bannend)

Thats all u need to know. Just typing in it here for valo to. Valo bans HWID but "only" for 4 Months, and after that u can play again. valo never bans Perma HWID even when u got bannend once for cheating
