pubg mobile observation ban problem.

can't play pubg mobile more than 15 minutes without getting into observation, im not playing aggressively or anything and the observation last 1 to 23 hours then it shows again when i play squad matches, i can't even play 1 match without getting into observation, I've changed 5 account all of them got the same issue, why is it happening and how can i solve it?
