Recommended TOP champions to carry from emerald 2 to diamond

Hello, ive been stuck in emerald 2 for quite a while now. Playing mostly mid and adc. I kinda win 1 game lose 1 game for the past week or more. What would you guys recommend to play topside that would help me snowball really early?
