Yes I have already tried the information posted on the site about this problem but it doesn't work. After this error, the script just shuts down and the website says MUICore Disconnected!. I've been using this site for almost 1 year and I haven't had such a problem yet. Maybe someone knows how to fix it and how to make the second CMD window pop up?

you can use loader in this window 10 this version 1903 1909 20h2 20h1 without any problem cheat
if your window like higher 22h2 then your cheat not working
check your winver version window 10
do not use faceit anti cheat or vanguard uninstall it and load cheat it again
try to clean %temp% try again
