DirectX vs OpenGL for emulator

DirectX- If u have good Graphics card medium CPU.
OpenGL - Good CPU medium GPU.

I think there is not different much. But DirectX is better. Many cheat support for directX. Some time i use OpenGL but it make bug from graphic

I dont know the difference between them.

OpenGL process is working in your Hard disk process HDD any kind of storage drive handle your process
Direct X Process working your Graphic Card mean any kind of GPU handle your process

Opengl is more related to high end graphics and directx is more stable

I love to play with opengl because it shows better graphics and clean gameplay but with opengl most of the cheat don't work so I have to play with directx for hacks

use DirectX if have good gpu. like gtx 1060ti or Rx 570 4G.
use OpenGL If you have good cpu. like i5 or R5 6 cores or 4 cores or greater.
I'm using DirectX because My GPU is RX580.
