DirectX- If u have good Graphics card medium CPU.
OpenGL - Good CPU medium GPU.
OpenGL - Good CPU medium GPU.

OpenGL process is working in your Hard disk process HDD any kind of storage drive handle your process Direct X Process working your Graphic Card mean any kind of GPU handle your processOpengl is more related to high end graphics and directx is more stable
I love to play with opengl because it shows better graphics and clean gameplay but with opengl most of the cheat don't work so I have to play with directx for hacks

use DirectX if have good gpu. like gtx 1060ti or Rx 570 4G.
use OpenGL If you have good cpu. like i5 or R5 6 cores or 4 cores or greater.
I'm using DirectX because My GPU is RX580.
