While the points you've mentioned are true, i'd just recommend playing the game you want to get better at. Just playing the game a lot will help you way more than trying to change your settings etc all the time. But that's just my thoughts on the topic.
Also, you write exactly like chatgpt :p
For making aim perfect I think aims lab is perfect for it it has lots of game maps like CS2 and Valorant etc. I also trained my aim from aim lab but now I don't play games anymore maybe its because I played it too much. Thank You

Aim labs is a cool place to training of reflex and aim control... muscle memory is a factor too but its not all, depends on what FPS are you playing ofc too, i recommend starting by csgo (cs2) since its the most "basic" FPS played there

In my opinion, computer hardware is not important at all. As an old gamer, I worked with professional and normal mouse. I played with weak and strong system. It really does not help to improve your game effectively.
