Is there any way for senna to only farm souls and not farm minions?
I'm so tired of having to click on souls to collect them

yes, there's a option around Orbwalk when you press shift
just search for "SUP mode" and you'll stop hitting minions in general
but if you stop playing support you will have to disable the SUP mode as well

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, there is no specific mechanic or ability in League of Legends that allows Senna or any other champion to selectively farm only souls without farming minions. Senna gains Mist Wraiths (souls) primarily by last-hitting minions, monsters, and enemy champions.

Senna's passive, "Absolution," grants her bonus attack damage and range as she collects Mist Wraiths. These Mist Wraiths are dropped by minions and monsters upon their death and can be collected by Senna or her allied champions.

If there have been changes or updates to Senna's mechanics since my last update, I recommend checking the most recent patch notes or the in-game champion details for the latest information.
