I didn't understand your question very well, but I'll try to help with the little I understand.

Movement: You can hold space (for combo) or V/X (for farm) so your champ will automatically move and attack/farm anyone within its range.

Camera control: The F1 - F5 keys allow the camera to automatically move towards your teammates, and by pressing Y the camera will lock/unlock on you.

Display/video/interface size: ESC settings.

WS Config: It is highly recommended to use the default settings. If you want to change something, I recommend entering a Solo match and testing the settings.
