What do you do to get better at the game?

Hello everyone, I was just wondering what you guys do for getting better, such as mastering a champion, or watchin some especific youtuber or streamer.
I trying to climb as a aatrox main but the far that I got is diamond 2 and I think thats my ceiling. If anyone have some tips in what i could train or study to to migh get diamond 1 or even master I would greatly appreciate. Thanks.
