I deleled everything as you said now i need to download gameloop x86 so can you tell me where i can download? I can't find it

If you have Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat, turn them off and try again.

and also change gameloop installing location (For Example : If you install gameloop on C Drive Change it to D/E/F )

Uninstall any quality updates you have recently installed.
Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates . View update history.
