Nobody can ensure 100% undetectable, only if your not using a cheat, but a soon as vanguard arrive a new legacy of scripts will come along, don't worry this is old story, never end loop.

Not sure if wsreborn will work past april 2024 with Vanguard also LeftSpace have said on discord they will no longer update it with Vanguard. Expect a lot of script site to rip because of Vanguard.
