I believe that the ban rate will increase but not soon the scripts will bypass the anticheat, there are several scripts for Valorant for example that use detection of objects on the screen known as color aimbot, you can create something similar in lol based on the opponent's life bar for the orbwalker and the minions' life bar for the farm, they would have fewer functions and might not respond as quickly but it would work and would be somewhat undetectable by anticheat

The problem with your comment is Valorant cheats is different between league of legends cheats. And irrelevant because Vanguard is only in April and you cannot know what will be not detected. To bypass Vanguard is need a kernel mode driver.
