Someone have bypass it in Valorant with a kernel mode driver but likely not easy to do. And from a forum The issue will be, that Vanguard strips handles, therefore you wont be able to inject or read / write to the games memory. This way Zoomhacks won't work anymore no matter if they are undetected or not. You will need a kernel injector, a kernel driver or some other method to get around it which will kill most if not all current public Zoomhacks.

LeftSpace have said in February It will not bypass Vanguard I said that on discord from a post Also, Leftspace mentioned on Discord that they won't do anything to bypass the Vanguard system; it's the end!
