What!!! If they higher the rank requirement only about 100 people can access the hack. Because the next rank is prime member and if we want to achieve that we have to send 300 messages which can take almost a month if we start from 0 messages.

So there's no way that they will higher the rank requirement as half of the site traffic come for the PUBG Mobile hack.

If they do that there will be a decrease in their ads revenue which the websites owner don't want.
