No for that it will need to be banned when Vanguard is released not before it released.

Vanguard is likely in PH server on 14.6 and global release is in april but not clear yet if on 3 april or 17 april.

Because many people spread a bit of rubbish to get their comments, I'm going to clear this up a bit.

Yes Vanguard will be coming in patch 14.5... but only for one region which will most likely be the Philippines. They will test Vanguard to see if it works well in a region that has a lot of players and also a lot of bad PC's
And many also see the kernel anticheat as a disadvantage because the data is forwarded directly to Tencent, and with Vanguard you have even more control over the PC, which is almost like a root kit.
So patch 14.5 only has one server Vanguard, and I assume that in patch 14.6 all other servers will be on it or just EUW

Valorant and bypass who work with Valorant will likely work in league of legends. What you said by but will not last is unlikely because it will do this and Riot will always improve Vanguard in

Valorant and league of legends will use the same anti cheat system both with Vanguard.
