I believe that the ban rate will increase but not soon the scripts will bypass the anticheat, there are several scripts for Valorant for example that use detection of objects on the screen known as color aimbot, you can create something similar in lol based on the opponent's life bar for the orbwalker and the minions' life bar for the farm, they would have fewer functions and might not respond as quickly but it would work and would be somewhat undetectable by anticheat

Vanguard global release is in April and Riot test it since January

Unlikely what you saying because Vanguard is on Valorant since 4 years and will be the same system the only difference is it will use a customized version who target cheats.
