Vanguard will be on PH server on 14.8 with global release on patch 14.9 confirmed from a Riot comment on Reddit.

Vanguard will broken custom skin tool as R3nzSkin currently it no longer inject on PBE because of Vanguard also Vanguard will also rip to play league of legends on Linux
