Recently, I saw some news that Microsoft is going to change how third-party programs will act in the Windows kernel, and this may erase the existence of Vanguard and other anti-cheats with kernel access. Then, I asked the GPT chat if these changes would disable these kernel access anti-cheats, and it responded like this:

Sadly no. Vanguard will receive an "signature" from microsoft and will be able to acesse kernel.
Is the same system as "signed driver"

This may be true, but the only question is when. This update may take few years to come to windows platform and most probably on the new windows 12 we have been hearing about
