Should i wait for Ryzen 9800x3D

I am using 7600x and need to upgrade for 360hz gameplay. 7800x3d quite good its nearly enough. Next month 9800x3d release but people don't like new gen ryzen. Should i wait for 9800x3D or buy 7800x3D?

9700X is available for $359 online, i guess the expectred price of 9800X3D is around $399. Also its releasing on 8th August 2024... if your budget is enough and your system is already upgraded you can get it. but my suggestion is to wait for the reviews for atleast 3 months.
