Hi,

No, installing the C++ distributes won't fix the issue. You have to perform certain steps to get rid of this problem. Do as I say, and also answer some questions:

a) Do you have any security software installed in your PC/Laptop?
b) If yes, no problem, just switch off the Real Time File Protection function
c) Press Windows Key+R, to get the RUN dialog box, and type %temp%, this will open the TEMP folder, press CTRL+A to select all files, and press SHIFT+DEL/DELETE to erase all the files in that folder.
d) Restart/Reboot your PC, and run the PUBG as an Administrator, by right clicking on it.
e) Run the hack as an Administrator, by right clicking on it.

Perform the steps as I said, and reply back, whether it solved your issue or not.
