can anyone pls help me fix my game, i did everything correctly and no crashes, but when i get in game and press "shift" to open the menu it won't show up and i dont see any orb too, im paying 10$ for the help thanks.

this is what i get when i start the game and no crashes, but the orb and menu does not show up even when i press "shift" firewall,antivirus,windows defender and adblocks are all off, im paying 10$ for someone who can help me fix this issue just private message me, thanks!

I used champ leesin that crashed twice. Is there any way to restrict that? but I'm afraid the crash will lead to "ban nick"????
