Why intel CPU? just buy a Ryzen CPU and if you want me to be exact buy Ryzen 5 7600 its so much better

You should go with AMD processors instead since they have been the superior choice ever since their Ryzen 3000 series processors came out. Based on the current market you should assign about 45-50% of your budget towards the GPU and the rest can go to the components of your choice

Everything looks pretty good although I don't agree with your choice of intel. The 12th gen processors aren't really t good when compared to amd's processors around the same price point

CPU: The 5600x is plenty for gaming - you could even save another $20 with a 5600 for very little difference.
CPU Cooler: The 5600x creates much less heat and this doesn’t need as powerful a cooler. The Deepcool AK400 is plenty and relatively inexpensive.
Motherboard: B550 for only a little more.
Memory: Faster speed RAM for less cost.
Storage: you’ll want an SSD - the 1TB Team MP33 is plenty for a gaming pc and selling for a very good price.
Video Card: A 3070 Ti will provide a good amount better performance than a 3060.
Case: The Flow variant will allow for better temps given the mesh front panel. Added a case fan to provide that airflow.
Power Supply: 850w is overkill, but this good quality unit is only $1 more than the lowest priced comparable quality 750w unit.
