Get a good motherboard compatible with the AM4 chip
Use a Ryzen 5 5600 (non X if you don't use productive apps, it doesn't boost performance in games.)

A graphics card that you can afford, prices may differ but I would go for an AMD one instead if I was you, like a 6700 XT.

Intel is pretty dogshit. You should go with amd processors since they have been the superior choice ever since ryzen 3000 came out. As for the gpu, you should also consider amd options there as they can be better than nvidia depending on the pricing in your region
