if I have 3/2 warnings and he tells me that it will expire on February 6, does that mean that I will be confirmed then?
3/2 warnings can't I be an approved member?

In 04/02/2021 you will be a confirmed memeber, assuming you post count don't go lower than those 51.
If you spammed the forum to get those 51 post, you should ready yourself to have you post count decreased or even you account banned.

Whether you receive an alert does not affect the status of the rank. If your warning score is 10 or it passes 10 points, you will be temporarily banned.
