The more fps you aim for, the more dimminishing the returns become. Also with higher refresh rate monitors sometimes picture quality is sacrificed with TN panels, so try get a balanced setup rather than focusing exclusively on fps to get the best bang for your buck.

If money is not a problem, go with 360Hz, but I debut tehre someone on this forum who had contact with more than one monitor of this calibre, if even one. I recommend to see reviews on youtube, from trusted channels, I would recommend some channels, but I only watch brazilian tech channels.
To use an 360hz monitor, first you have to get 360 frames per second, if you're not pretending to get it 144hz will be enough. Depending what game you want play you'll never get 360FPS, so will not make difference.

You don't need to get 360hz, just get 244hz.
