I finally completed the 50 messages and now aiming to get 300 messages, how many time do I need to wait to be a confirmed member now ? x)

It's automatic. You will automatically get confirmed mem once you get 50 messages congrats!

IIRC it's a manual process, so it might take a few minutes to few hours, but it doesn't take long. Congratulations!
