try reinstalling the game i have this kind of issue in the game too. i just reinstall the game and the obb and install a new 8 ball pool game

clear your cache and reinstall the app I think this will solve it, it solved it with me

Sadly it tends to bug out... reinstall the game if it wont get better, or try to update your PC.
