For everybody here going through a breakup... every person that comes in your life serves you a purpose, and when they leave it means you must let them go, especially when they didn't fought hard enough for YOU.
Here are few tips for y'all.
- Realise the emotions you are feeling are normal and not bad and feel then deeply
- Write a letter to the person that hurt you or to yourself
- Practice shadow work (important*)
- Focus on what you can learn from the situation and how to move forward with it
- Remind yourself of what needs they failed to meet
- The best revenge is creating a better life for yourself
- Combat your limiting beliefs
- Trust in the higher plan for you
- Time will pass and this won't be as big as a deal anymore
- Don't make decisions in an emotional state
- Have trust in yourself and your abilities
- Talk to friends that won't judge you
- Try to make new supportive friends
- Focus on mentally evolving
- Watch videos on YouTube on healing heartbreak
- Ask others how they have dealt with heartbreak
- Spend more time doing things you love
- Take care of your physical appearance
- Listen to healing/self love meditation
- Repeat powerful affirmations to yourself in the mirror
- Keep practicing and don't quit
- You will be okay and wiser despite what happened
*For those who wonder what are shadow work here are few questions that you can practice with;
1. How did I evolve during this situation?
2. What needs of mine were failed to be met?
3. What could I have done better in this situation?
4. What would the best possible outcome have been for myself?
5. If I could do this again to myself with the knowledge that I have now, how would I approach the situation?
6. What would a person that really love themselves would do now? How would they handle the situation? How would they treat themselves now?
