Riot dont ban "instant"(after 1-4 games) anymore, just for some scripts that are fully Detected.
Riot is not so interested in the scripters anymore, so we are out of the days where a scripter can solo carry. Sure, you are clearly better with scripts, but you only have to have a lot of kills and the game is most likely won, even without scripts.
Bans are always unexpected and have no specific timing.

A week before the patch you should not play the game and bypassed. And all patches come at the end of the month. I've never had an account banned like this.

If you try to avoid getting tickets and reports by playing legit, it will be very difficult to get banned outside of the ban wave.

Well, i never got caught on a banwave with the older LPREborn (wsreborn nowadays), most likely with cheats like hanbot (cheap and poor safety, you need a bypass to this one.) but idk dont throw any scripts on your mains, exceptionally if you are using evade... its preferable to turn off evade always or just use a very legit cfg to it, and i never found by myself a good and smooth way to dodge every shit without looking robotic.
