You can play with Evade on Low Elo until you reach at least P4 after that people understand if you are cheating
my suggestion is if you wanna climb faster even with Evade start playing supports and you wont called out so easily
most of people use Evade + go crazy playing adc this decreases accounts life.

Turning off the evade function might resolve you problem.

mine with old pc depending on the champion, it crashed on the lest hit, fps dropped a lot there when I switched to pc better it didn't crash anymore

i like the challenger one, without the evade, never get banned
defaut is a god setting.. or challanger config, bro..
