about tekken 7 poor connection problem

i think the radmin vpn works. what it does is create a private LAN network with username and password and then you share that username and pass with a some one and he will use that join that LAN network and then since we are on a LAN the ping and connection will be good. i want to give it a try but i need someone join the network. so what do you say

will a tried exit lag but there was no effect. as for nordvpn will it's a vpn and all vpn does is makes connection even worst.
