you need to post 50 messages without spamming and 2 days of account.
there are some rules like

Spam Example: thanks,work,+++,very good, alsdasd, mersii etc. !
It is forbidden to write previously written comments. Check your message before sending it !
It is forbidden to copy and send a previously discarded message !
It is forbidden to constantly send similar messages to different or same topics !
It is forbidden to send messages for increase the number of your comments on the subjects you are not have knowledge about it.
If you see spammers, report them with the REPORT button!
