Çözüldü Account bugged or with a problem

Again I'm contacting support, because it seems that there is a bug in my account, for some reason the rank hasn't changed, I've reached the correct amount of comments and days and nothing has changed, and I've been following the account of other users and there has already been the change, can you check with the administration what happened? because I really liked the forum but it's limiting me in some things =/
