reyna for definitely carrier
Sage is by far the easiest for beginners. Her kit is the simplest to use out of every agent: heal allies or yourself, throw orb to slow an area, wall to cut off an area. No micromanagement of resources like viper, no needing to understand how to duel like a Reyna would, just pure, simple support and area denial.
Phoenix is probably the simplest duelist to get value out off. Pop flash to engage, molly to dmg or heal yourself, wall to give visual cover.
Brim is also pretty simple. Basic dome smoke with a molly and something that makes you run faster.
For an initiator, try fade maybe. Throw your eye over a building to spot someone, use the prowler around corners, maybe use seize to stall enemies, and that’s pretty much it.

I advise you to start with sage, take advantage of the downtime to look at the other dolls, and then go after the role you like best
