If you are good at pretending at positioning then no one will suspect you have wallhacks, if have good game sense and crosshair placement already then you wouldn't be suspected of aimbot. Just don't use the overly blatant cheats like no recoil and aimlock

Any good player or reasonable person will notice aimbot with high fov and suspicious perfect movement there is no escape

Using a wall hack will make it look harder than an aimbot, I think it would be okay.

My opinion, both are same. Tbh i thinks it is depending on how we use it. Walling without obvious signs such as sounds or BH's tracks (Apex) will lead you to be a SUS. This goes the same for careless aimbot usage, the most obvious report of aimbot is overly fast aim or flickers and constant beaming (to avoid this use aimbot only without aimlock and extra smoothness).
