it definitly was , she has been overpowered for almost a full year, in the high elo and good hands she would just destroy without any possible counterplay , and too much mobility , i think the nerf was really what she needed, specialy the R that could be cast anywhere she wanted did give her too much mobility

he seems like he can take care of low level players easily though not many people know how to fight him in low level iron~ gold 2
