if its both 360 hz its the same. you cant even perceive that much monitor hz. what changes is resolution and maybe if its freesync/gsync. the more the resolution more gpu usage tho so be sure to have a good gpu

For me, I prefer Alienware. I know there's not much of a difference between the both but I know Alienware is better.

360hz needs excellent quality GPU usage. by the way, when you select to monitor the best thing panel you are searching for. I will prefer the ASUS ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QNR.
if you think it's not your thing, then go for Alienware 25 Gaming Monitor AW2521H. the panel quality is good and build quality is good also
