If you really don't have money to buy a new pc i think you can buy a second hand pc at your own risk some people really need to sell their pc for some reason that's your best bet.

you can buy used parts if your low on budget too , exept for GPU used they are not worth

Procesor: AMD Ryzen 3 1200, 3.1 - 3.4 Ghz - 4 cores
Ram: 8 Gb Ram Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3200 Mhz
Ssd: 500 GB Samsung 870 EVO
Gpu: Gtx 1650 4 gb GDDR6
Power Supply: SYSTEM POWER 9 - be quiet with 400W and 80Plus Bronze.
Case: SilentiumPC Signum SG1 TG.
This all costs around 600$-700$ in my country at least.
